Cynthia Crockett, President of Crockett Facilities Services, presents Joel Vazquez, son of CFSI employee Larry Vazquez, with the 2012 Esparza Crockett Presidential Scholarship for $2,000.
Crockett Facilities Services is proud to announce that our college scholarship recipient is Bowie High School Senior Joel Vazquez! We awarded Joel the Esparza Crockett Presidential Scholarship for $2,000 because he is a driven student with a record of outstanding scholastic achievements, such as being the valedictorian of his class with a 4.375 GPA, and he is actively involved in the community. An example of his active community involvement is seen in his community service with the American Red Cross.
Joel is the son of Crockett Facilities Services employee Larry Vazquez. We wish him the best as he takes the next steps to further his education.
The Esparza Crockett Presidential Scholarship is an annual scholarship open to employees and the children and grandchildren of Crockett Facilities Services or its subsidiaries. All applicants must be enrolled in or accepted for admission to an accredited college or university as a full-time student seeking an Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
