Chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and air handlers are all inspected by the technician and given a tuneup if necessary. As part of the agreement, the following components are also inspected and maintained as needed:

- Evaporators and condenser coils
- Fans, belts, and bearings
- Air intakes and ductwork
- Caulking, dampers, and air ducts
