MSCA University Sales InstituteMSCA University Sales InstituteSince 1975, the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) has provided its members – more than 1,400 HVAC contractors – with the management and marketing tools, training, and education programs they need to succeed. As you may already know, Crockett Facilities Services, Inc. (CFSI) is an MSCA member, and MSCA STAR and MSCA GreenSTAR certified. Now, CFSI is taking advantage of MSCA’s latest creation, the MSCA University Sales Institute for training HVAC professionals.

About the MSCA University Sales Institute

MSCA’s the Sales Institute, an MSCA University program, is a multi-level, multi-year focused training program specific to service sales in the HVAC industry. The Sales Institute is the first and only training program of its kind of HVAC professionals, designed to be of value to companies large and small.

The Sales Institute has four phases:

  1. Sales Leadership Symposium: Presented by successful in-the-field industry experts, this full-day seminar is designed for anyone who manages sales personnel. The seminar will cover the skills needed to recruit, hire, onboard, coach and train sales professionals; how to drive revenue and enhance profitability; how to enhance sales team productivity; and so much more.
  2. Sales Basecamp: Designed for entry-level service sales personnel, this two-day program will help instill new HVAC sales professionals with the skills they need to succeed in this highly-competitive industry. Topics include: building trust with potential customers, accurately profiling customers, avoiding traps in proposal development, and so much more.
  3. Sales Masters I: This new four-day program is designed for intermediate-level service sales employee. These employees may be missing the tools and insights needed to really take their expertise to the next level. That is where the Sales Master I program comes in. It covers how to establish a prospecting plan to build a portfolio and identify new opportunities, enhancing proposal writing and presentation skills, and understanding the art of financial selling to create a consultative partnership.
  4. Sales Masters II: This week-long program is taught by acclaimed sales experts and industry leaders and is designed to challenge participants to use inventive thinking to cultivate their talents. Topics include: advanced communications skills, advanced sales negotiation skills, and going beyond transactional and consultative relationships.
